The property has a quintessentially old world charm, with its signature yellow walls adorning the outside, and subtle colours of brown tile flooring with antique furniture embellishing the inside. The rooms are stacked with furniture that has been in the family for generations. Majestic beds and comfy, woven chairs, give one the sense of what life would have looked like in Pondicherry in the days gone by. The hosts are a Tamilian couple, having spent many years in France, returned to Pondicherry over a decade ago. Their experiences and learnings in France, along with their love for India was a large factor in creating a property that stresses on the cultural preservation of Indo- French living. The property offers four spacious heritage rooms with high ceilings- two rooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each floor has a king-sized bedroom and a twin-bedded room. Each room is equipped with a modern private bathroom with hot water available for 24 hours. The rooms also come with included amenities such as air conditioners and hot water kettles. A water filter is available for use if necessary. Additionally, the property has one smaller room on the terrace for the budget traveler, best suited for a single occupancy. It comes with all the amenities of the other four standard rooms.

The hosts treat their guests to their continental breakfast of French bread & croissant (baked in-house), fresh fruits, eggs made to order, fresh fruit juice, and plenty more, included in the price of the room. All the food is freshly prepared and locally sourced, served between 8.00 and 10.00 am. at the dining space on the first floor. The hosts provide ample recommendations of cafes and restaurants nearby to their guests for other meals.
