The property falls under the Western Ghats of Sahyadri mountain ranges, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and is one of the eight hotspots of biological diversity of the world. The hosts ensure that all the local communities benefit socially, culturally, economically, and environmentally from their guest visits, and it is a promise that they seek to keep.
